Assassins 3 Rules

Preliminaries

1. All assassins must provide correct information on 'contract' forms provided.

2. Target envelopes must not be opened until assassins arrive home from Target Allocation Party.

3. No assassinations are permitted before 12 noon on Thursday 4th June.


Assassinations

1. Under no circumstances should an assassination cause any actual harm to a person or their possessions.

2. If you suspect that somebody is trying to kill you, you may attempt to kill them first. If you are successful, they are killed, and you now become the target of their hunter. If it turns out that the person you killed wasn't your hunter, then they are still killed, but you are thrown out of the assassins ring, become a renegade, and are turned over to the inquisition. Renegades cannot kill other Assassins - but can defend themselves against the Inquisition.

3. The victim must be made aware that they have been assassinated. As soon as anybody is killed, then it is your obligation to report the assassination as soon as possible. (so the website can be updated). Preferably by a text message to 07734364374 stating the killer, victim, time, place and manner of death. An email to jimsin101@hotmail.com with full details of the kill would also be appreciated, but is optional.

4: Once a successful contract assassination has been carried out - the assassin should take his victim's contract, and then goes on to hunt this person down as his/her next target. All asssassins should try to keep their contracts on their person so can be handed over in the event of death - otherwise the killer must be informed verbally. This is the only instance where you should reveal the identity of your target.

Miscellaneous

1. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ANY ASSASSIN REVEAL THE IDENTITY OF THEIR CONTRACTED TARGET. This is a serious breach of the assassin's code, and anybody caught doing it will be immediately expelled from the Assassin's ring, and turned over to the inquisition. This is equally true after death - dead men/women tell no tale. To do so will ruin the game for everybody - so just don't! Okay!

2. Assassins must kill each target within 48 hours of receiving the contract. Failure to do so results in ….. yes, you guessed it - the ultimate sanction - being turned over to the nasty inquisition people.

3. The Inquisition are undead creatures who police the assassins themselves .. If you are killed, you come back in 12 hours. As an inquisition member, your job is to track down and kill any renegade assassins. If an Inquisition member is killed, they stay dead for 3 hours, then come back again .. and again … and again!!!

4. The game is over when only one Assassin (non renegade) is left alive. The winner will be the person with the most points. Details of points and weapons overleaf.

5. The game is played for fun - everything depends on all players being honest about who is killed, and keeping information to themselves … it only takes one person to ruin it for everybody, so please play nice.

6. In the event of any dispute, my decision is final.


Assassination Methods

Water Pistol - a squirt to the head or body = instant kill.

Plastic Retractable Bladed Knife - stab to body = instant kill.

Poisoned drink - Red Smartie = death in one sip. Green Smartie = 5 minute paralysis from neck down (gives potential killer a chance to gloat, and choose another weapon to finish the job).

Electrocution* - string tied from target's chair to floor by electric socket = instantly frazzled.

Poison Gas - a squirt of perfume within 10 inches of target = quick painless death.

Poison kiss - lipstick mark on face = quick agonizing death.

Bomb* - Target somehow sits on a balloon = blown to bits.

Voodoo* - Victim sleeps in bed with doll effigy underneath it = never wakes up. (will need a call in the morning to let them know what was under the bed).

Bow and Arrow* / Dart gun - a toy bow and arrow - or any toyshop gun firing SAFE ammo. Again, a hit to head or body is necessary to score a kill.

Fridge/Anvil/Piano* - An EMPTY cardboard box with what it is written on it - dropped onto victims's head.


Points System

Points can be earned as follows.

1) Every full 24 hours alive 2 points

2) Every Assassination 10 points (+2 bonus if with '*' marked weapon)

3) Kill your own Assassin 5 points

4) Kill somebody by mistake -10 points and thrown out of Assassins ring.

5) Last person alive 20 points

6) Most kills 20 points (to be shared in the event of a tie)

In addition - Inquisition members get a 2 point bonus if they kill a renegade Assassin. Renegades keep any existing points, but can't gain any more.

The 'Most Kills' bonus is at the end of the game - all kind of kills except for killing your own assassin count towards this total.
